Insurance
I'm considered an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.
I can provide a superbill (a monthly receipt with the diagnostic and billing codes your insurance company needs) which you can submit for potential reimbursement.
My full fee for individual therapy is $200 per session.
Typical sessions run 50 minutes.
I believe access to care shouldn't be determined solely by what's in your bank account — and I also believe that sustainable therapy requires honesty about what we can each actually carry. A few sliding scale spots are available. If you're unsure where you fall, or just want to talk it through, I offer a brief no-cost consultation call. Reach out, and we'll figure it out together.
If paying my full fee would have little impact on your day-to-day life — if you have financial stability, investments, or inherited wealth — I ask that you pay my full rate. This is what makes it possible for me to offer reduced fees to others.
If the full fee would require real sacrifices — cutting back on things that genuinely matter to your quality of life — I'm glad to discuss a reduced rate.
If the full fee would create genuine hardship — difficulty with rent, food, or basic needs — please reach out. We'll find something that works.
